CHALLENGE
Design products and services based on people's unique DNA barcode.

METHOD
  • Designed product range, including jewellery and gift items.
  • Mapped and developed a blueprint for service delivery, including timeframes and cost. 
  • Sourced and managed suppliers of raw materials.
  • Built database for intelligent stock control.
  • Designed multi-use packaging (for safe storage / shipping) which could be used for all services in the business. 
  • Liaised with manufacturer to produce and deliver product packaging. 
  • Developed the back-end business infrastructure to build and ship products upon receipt of order.

OUTCOMES
  • DesigNA - a unique range of products based on an individuals genetic profile.
  • Generated PR for the company (Complement Genomics), which helped its other genetic testing services gain a  wider presence.
