CHALLENGE
- Help a global fitness brand pioneer the future of women's fitness training.
- Uncover latent needs to inspire new products, experiences, communications and services for the Global Women’s Training team.
- Focus on and explore the sensory aspects of training.
METHOD
- Sourced and interviewed fitness obsessed young women in London and New York.
- Arranged meetings with experts, including the founder of the New York Quantified-Self Meetup, a Director of the Institute of Play in New York and a Blindfold Kungfu expert and TED speaker.
- Facilitated cultural immersions (visits to innovative and inspiring locations)
- Extracted key research findings and presented summary to clients.
- Designed and delivered co-creation events.
- Developed and delivered ideas and strategy roadmap.
OUTCOMES
- Deliverable presented within the organisation at a key internal strategy meeting.
- Client discussed partnership opportunities with experts we’d introduced them to through the project, including entrepreneurs operating in the fitness space.
