CHALLENGE
Improve the shopping experience within Goods of Desire retail outlets and DNM (a boutique shopping Mall).
METHOD
- Undertook mystery shopping activities to feed into a review of DNM Mall which highlighted areas of good customer service and areas which needed improvement.
- Developed a way-finding recommendation report.
- Designed specifications for new signage.
- Worked collaboratively with the team to design, manufacture and place improved signage.
OUTCOMES
- Improved shopping experience for all DNM customers (both Western and Eastern).
- Clearer navigation through the Mall.
- Clearer DNM brand presence outside and inside the Mall.
