CHALLENGE
Improve the shopping experience within Goods of Desire retail outlets and DNM (a boutique shopping Mall).

METHOD
  • Undertook mystery shopping activities to feed into a review of DNM Mall which highlighted areas of good customer service and areas which needed improvement.
  • Developed a way-finding recommendation report.
  • Designed specifications for new signage.
  • Worked collaboratively with the team to design, manufacture and place improved signage.

OUTCOMES
  • Improved shopping experience for all DNM customers (both Western and Eastern).
  • Clearer navigation through the Mall.
  • Clearer DNM brand presence outside and inside the Mall.
